No. At this time, our sales are concentrated to a select group of select system integrators, independent power project developers, and utility companies for the development of commercial, grid-connected solar power plants. We do not currently offer our module products for residential or small commercial applications. We suggest that you use one of the following industry websites to locate a dealer / installer in your area who specializes in residential or small commercial solutions:

Can I purchase modules from First Solar's customers?
Yes. If you are interested in the development of commercial, grid-connected solar power plant applications ranging from hundreds of kilowatts to multiple megawatts within Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Canada, or the United States, please contact our developers and integrators authorized to design, install, and sell systems utilizing First Solar PV Modules.

How much do First Solar modules cost?
At this time, our sales are concentrated to a select group of system integrators, independent power project developers, and utility companies for the development of commercial, grid-connected solar power plant applications. Since our partners provide complete turn-key solutions, we do not publish a price list or disclose price information for individual projects.

What applications do First Solar modules support?
At this time, our sales are concentrated to a select group of system integrators, independent power project developers, and utility companies for the development of commercial, grid-connected solar power plant applications. We do not currently offer our module products for residential, small commercial, building integrated (BIPV), low voltage or off-grid applications.

Is First Solar backed by local, national or global distributors or wholesalers?
No. At this time, our sales are concentrated to a select group of system integrators, independent power project developers, and utility companies for the development of commercial, grid-connected solar power plant applications. We work closely with our customers to optimize the system performance which requires close collaboration in the system design and qualifying components from Balance of System vendors. In addition, we register the end-users of installations utilizing our modules for our product reclamation and recycling program. As such, we do not sell our solar modules through traditional resale or distribution channels.

Does First Solar provide project specific design support or technical services to non-customers?
No. First Solar manufacturers solar modules and does not provide project specific system design support or technical services to non-customers. We recommend you contact one of the following resources for assistance:

How do I apply for a job with First Solar?
If you are interested in applying for a position with us, please visit the ‘Careers’ section of our website. From there, you can search job postings, submit your application and attach a resume. The information you submit will be sent to our internal Human Resources and Recruiting department at the appropriate First Solar site for consideration.

Does First Solar offer public tours of its factories?
No, we currently do not offer public tours of our factories. We are establishing procedures for public tours for members of the community over the age of 18. Please check back in three to six months.
